Ralf Otten has been an established and renowned lawyer in Aachen since 1996. In addition, he acts as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Public Administration in North Rhine-Westphalia. As a knowledgeable citizen of the city of Aachen, he is a member of the Housing and Real Estate Committee. Ralf Otten is the chairman of the parliamentary group in the Aachen-Mitte district council and a volunteer in numerous other committees and associations in Aachen.
