From Concept to MVP: Productathon Teams Solve Business Cases

Logic Stars Group acted as a partner for the second wave of flagship educational tracks at Technograd, implemented with the support of the Moscow City Government and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization "Human Capital Development."

Technograd’s flagship tracks are intensive programs designed to master key digital skills. Over the course of two months featuring online lectures and in-person bootcamps, participants leveled up their skills across four areas:
• Fundamentals of Product Thinking
• Data Analytics
• AI for Business
• Graphic Design and Communications

The climax of the program was a one-day hackathon session (Productathon) involving 18 teams. The teams solved real-world business cases, formulated product hypotheses, designed solution architectures, and pitched their results to an expert panel.

Logic Stars Group invited participants to create an AI service for corporate employees aimed at discovering and categorizing industry-specific events. As part of the Productathon, teams worked through user scenarios, architectural frameworks, and recommendation logic.

"I was impressed by the depth of user scenario analysis and the practical applicability of the proposed tools: several projects already feature solution architectures and MVP components that are ready for test-mode rollout. Such an intensive bootcamp is an effective way to quickly identify talented teams and validate ideas under conditions close to real-world projects," noted Dmitry Khlystov, CTO of Logic Stars Group.

In addition to our task, participants were offered business cases from key program partners, providing a wide variety of industry scenarios and enhancing the practical value of the projects.

We extend our gratitude to the Moscow City Government, ANO "Human Capital Development," and Technograd for the organization and the opportunity to be part of this project.
